A sound masking system must be configured before audio can be streamed to speakers and emitters in the space. Once a layout is created and physical devices associated with those in the layout, users may send the configuration to the system via the Send Configuration button in the Main Menu or Tool Bar.
The Devices & Systems window is a dockable window that gives information about devices and systems found on the network. When the System button is selected, configured systems available on the network will be shown in the list below the tool bar in the System list. If a system has not been configured the list will not be populated.
Expanding the System name will list all devices in that system:
Serial Number, Model ,etc will be reflective of the device type as described here. Clicking on the serial number will open up the Device Information window. Clicking on the Host Name will open up the web interface for that device (Qt X controllers only).
Devices and Systems may be ordered and filtered based on any of the column categories in the Devices and Systems window.
Order: Clicking on the tab will toggle the item order the items alphanumerically up or down. The small icon (circled) will indicate the order.
Filter: Clicking on the filter icon (indicated by arrow) will bring up a pop up box that will allow you to filter by Value or Text options.
This video shows the order toggle and filtering options.
The tool bar at top of the Systems Window provides access to buttons with additional functionality. At least one device or system must be selected in the table for all options to be available.
